Completion instruction: This document is completed by the electrical contractor and signed off at the QC02 electrical installation gate. Attach or embed the required electrical installation and test evidence before approval. The final Certificate of Compliance is completed during QC03 after the UPS has been installed, connected and commissioned.
Purpose and Scope Confirmation
Confirm that the electrical installation required to support the future UPS installation has been completed, inspected, tested and evidenced. QC02 records electrical completion only and does not approve UPS installation, configuration or commissioning.

2. Checklist and Body of Evidence Register
Complete every applicable checkpoint and attach the required photographs, test sheets or other electrical installation evidence in the same item. Images are automatically resized to a maximum of 1600 pixels and saved as JPEG at 70% quality.

3. Exceptions / Punch List

4. Approval to Proceed / Sign-Off
Approval statement: Approval confirms that the electrical installation has been completed, inspected, tested and supported by mandatory electrical installation and test evidence. QC02 approval confirms readiness for UPS installation only. The final Certificate of Compliance is issued and controlled in QC03 after UPS installation and commissioning.
